We have thousands of people ready to snatch up our deals, which means we constantly need to stock our inventory of houses.

Do you know someone – or some house —that could use our help? If so, we pay for leads.

Let’s be clear: we’re not looking for somebody to scour their neighborhood looking for distressed properties. We’re looking for people who already know about a house that could use some help.

Maybe your brother is behind on his mortgage payments. Or maybe you yourself happen to live next door to the neighborhood’s abandoned eyesore.

If you know a house that needs help, and we can buy it, we’ll pay you $500 for your trouble.

There are a few things to keep in mind:

1. We’re specifically looking for properties that need to be renovated or rehabbed. Big or small, we can handle it all.
2. We won’t pay for a property that is listed on the MLS…we already have access to that.
3. If you find a potential property, and the owner wants help selling their property, we can pay a 25% referral on the commission if you are a real estate agent. If you find a potential property and you are NOT a real estate agent, I can pay a $500 referral fee if I buy it.

Complete the form below so that we can see if we can turn your lead into a deal. If you don’t know who owns the house, it is likely that the neighbors do —don’t be afraid to ask!

Make sure to get photos of the front and back of the house —we may email you asking for it as we determine whether or not we want to proceed on this deal.
